The development of all initiatives for the environment and workplace ought to be innovative given the complexity of the modern society. The strategic development and implementation, based on needs assessment, is essential for successful management of the church. Joseph M. Duran is credited with the creation of the trilogy concept of quality planning, quality improvement and quality control.
At the local church level I would be more intentional about quality management as I seek to implement the principles of quality planning, where I will focus on goals, membership and controls; quality control, where I will focus monitoring established plans and evaluating performance; quality improvement, where I will establish the need for constant improvement- motivation, training and resources.
