In my view the employees of any organization should have barrier-free access to the policies and guidelines of the organization. Administrative procedures ought to govern management’s decision making. This will help to ensure that management’s decisions are objective, fair, and consistent. In the context of the Church, our leaders are held accountable at all times, thus ensuring that the interest of the organization is protected. Management is tasked with the responsibility of creating a culture that will drive the organization. At the local church level we are working on the creation of a new culture that will galvanize all the talents, skills, resources and diversity in helping the church to fulfill its mission.
