Having proficiency in two languages is a tremendous advantage as a professional. I desire to learn a third language to be able to reach out to individuals that can only be reached through their native tongue. Attending Montemorelos for both my masters and terminal degrees has further inspired me to pursue my passion for learning as many languages as possible. Learning French is on my bucket list. I have had the privilege of working for the East Caribbean Conference of Seventh-day Adventist, as a pastor in St. Lucia where French Creole is spoken and where I learnt to communicate, though in a limited way, in French Creole. I have also had the opportunity to conduct an evangelistic campaign, for the Inter- American Division, on the Island of Haiti where Haitian Creole is the main language. This indeed was an inspiration. I look forward to the earliest opportunity to pursue my dream to learn French.
